All our new with tags, pre-loved, upcycled, mended, and handmade products are carefully inspected by us before being listed and shipped. We encourage customers to review the size and fit information provided in the product description and photos before making a purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at orders@bluetortugaink.com, and we will work to find a resolution.
- Exchanges: We want you to love your purchase! If you're unsatisfied with your item, we offer free exchanges on unused products within 7 days of delivery. Simply pack and return the item to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
FINAL SALE POLICY
- All items purchased on social media promotions or marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- No refunds will be issued on discounted or promotional items.
DEFECTS OR ORDER ISSUES
We inspect all products multiple times, including a final check before shipping. If you receive an item with undisclosed damage, an incorrect or missing product, or an item that does not match the description, please email orders@bluetortugaink.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your request and determine the best resolution.
