All our new with tags, pre-love, upcycled, mended and handmade products are carefully inspected by us. Please check the size/fit information prior to ordering our products. All products have size information in the description or in the photos. Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis in order to give the best customer satisfaction.

RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at orders@bluetortugaink.com.

EXCHANGES: We love our products and we hope you love them too, if you are not satisfied with our product please contact us for free exchanges. Just pack the unused product within 7 days after delivery and send it back to us. ** BTINK is not responsible for the cost of return postage. 

FINAL SALES ON SOCIAL MEDIA: All items purchased during promotions offering a discount are considered final sale, meaning no refund or returns available.No refund will be allowed on products marked as final sale

DEFECTS: We want to make it right. Our products are inspected  4-5 times, including a final inspection  before shipping. If you encounter a problem with your purchase such as: Undisclosed damage; incorrect or missing item; item not as described, please contact us at orders@bluetortugaink.com with your order number and a photo of the product in question, we will reach out to make it right,  we like to be fair to customer the same way they are fair and kind to us.

We are located in Broward County FL, but we ship nationwide. We offer $5.00 Flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $75.00
